What we do, how we work, and what you walk away owning.
What does JD Productions actually do?
We're a venture architecture company. We design, build, launch, and operate the systems, software, media properties, and businesses that produce assets — across four disciplines: venture, AI, narrative, and world architecture.
Are you a production company?
Production is our heritage and still a live capability (Narrative Architecture), but it's not the identity. The company is an architecture firm; production is one of four things we build.
What do you mean by "ventures are proof, not product"?
We sell capability — the ability to build asset-producing systems. The ventures we own (live AI systems, IP worlds, products) are evidence that the capability works, not the thing we're selling.
How do engagements start?
With a conversation and an honest diagnosis. We'll tell you whether we're the right architects for what you're building. Engagements scale from focused builds to full operating partnerships — see capabilities and contact.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. You keep the systems, code, IP, and operating model. We build assets that stay yours, with a clean, documented handover.
What makes you different from an agency or a dev shop?
An agency sells hours; a dev shop sells features. We sell architecture — coordinated systems designed to compound and be operated without us. We also run our own ventures on the same architecture, so it's proven before we propose it.
Can you work with AI infrastructure specifically?
Yes — it's a core discipline. We architect AI as infrastructure (identity, context, routing, execution, verification), not a bolted-on feature. See the platform.
Where are you based?
Tampa, Florida. We work with companies and partners anywhere.
